Welcome to worlmag.com! These terms explain how selling tickets works on our platform, how fees are applied, and when you’ll receive your payouts. Please read carefully to ensure smooth sales and payments.

You must have an account to submit events, sell tickets or buy tickets.

1. Your Earnings – Buyer Pays the Fee

When you sell a ticket through worlmag.com, the service fee is paid by the buyer, not the seller.

How the fee works:

Buyers pay 10% of the ticket price + £0.50 per ticket, with a minimum fee of £1.50 per transaction.
This fee is added on top of the ticket price at checkout.

You, as the seller, receive the full ticket price, meaning your earnings are not reduced by fees.

Examples:

• Ticket price: £5 → Buyer pays £5 + £1.50 fee (minimum fee applies) → You receive £5
• Ticket price: £20 → Buyer pays £20 + £2.50 fee (10% of £20 + £0.50) → You receive £20
• Ticket price: £100 → Buyer pays £100 + £10.50 fee → You receive £100
• This setup ensures sellers get 100% of the ticket value, while buyers cover the platform fee for using MyEventTickets.co.uk.

2. Payouts to Sellers

• Your payout will be processed within 5 working days of a successful Event.
• Payouts are sent to your nominated bank account or payment method.
• Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
• You will receive a notification in your seller dashboard once the payout is processed.
• Tip: Ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.

3. Listing and Selling Tickets – Your Responsibilities

When you list tickets for sale, you must:

• List only authentic, valid, and transferable tickets.
• Provide accurate and complete details for the event, including date, time, and any restrictions.
• Avoid listing fake, invalid, or duplicated tickets.
• Failure to comply may result in account suspension, removal of tickets, and legal action if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Refunds, Event Cancellations, and Changes

• If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, buyers may be entitled to a refund.
• In such cases, payouts may be adjusted or withheld to cover refunds.
• Worlmag.com will notify sellers about any event cancellations or changes that affect payouts.
• Sellers are encouraged to respond promptly to any buyer inquiries to ensure smooth resolution.
