2. Silver Package – Medium Events (500–1500 People)

Best For: Cultural festivals, mid-size concerts, brand activations, carnival warm-up events.

•  2 Videographers (multi-angle coverage)
•  Audio capture with wireless mic or soundboard feed
•  1 x 60 -1.5 minute highlights video
•  3 x 15–30 sec vertical reels for Instagram/TikTok
•  20 video stills
•  Up to 6 hours on-site filming
•  On-site BTS mini clips (for stories)
•  2 Revision rounds
•  Delivery in 5 business days (rush option available)

Price Range:

Gold Package – Large Outdoor Events (1500–2000+ People)

Best For: Carnivals, festivals, outdoor concerts, multi-stage shows.

Includes:

• 3 Videographers (roving, crowd, stage coverage)
• Drone footage (licensed & weather-permitting)
• Audio from stage feed + ambient + interviews
• 1 x 5–7 minute cinematic recap
• 5 x 15–30 sec vertical reels
• 30 video stills
• Up to 10 hours on-site
• Artist/interview cutaways or audience vox pops
• 3 Revision rounds
•  Delivery in 3–5 business days
• Data backup & archive

Payment terms

A 50% deposit is required upon booking this service. The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before your event.
Payments can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.

The invoice will have all payment options.

All transaction fees are to be met by you.
